Mint is always associated with the candy aisle, but the scent of mint is both refreshing and relaxing. Spearmint, Peppermint, and my favorite local mint Mountain Mint are all steam distilled to make this herbal water. It is easy to carry around as a cooling spray in the heat, a freshener for the body, or even a mouth spray in a pinch, since it is simply steam and mint and a drop or two of peppermint oil.
