The phrase Peace is a Garden is on the labels and it described the mission and the purpose of these homemade products. The sale of each bottle of floral water, herbal hydrosols and the skin and hair products are a way to bring joy to the user, and give the gardens a purpose larger than the garden keeper. These are a few of the gardens that supply the flowers and herbs. More importantly, the proceeds from the sales support the outreach activities that occur in in these gardens.

Our Community Partners are Our Purpose
Garden’s need to be cultivated. Gardens are the simple way to bring communities and nature together for purpose. We can’t just cultivate our own gardens. Peace is a Garden is a process to bring in resources to support the community work of those special people willing to get in the dirt in order to show their neighbors the power of nature.

Eden Streets Community Farm Project
Karl and I were brought together to help Northern Children’s Garden cultivate the wonderful children in their foster care program by teaching them gardening. When Karl moved from the Philadelphia area back to Utah, he has been on a mission to develop a fantastic vision to empower communities to grow food, jobs, connections, and hope through farming. They raise funds, purchase land, train vulnerable populations farming skills, employ them, and transition the ownership of these community farms into the hands of the communities that nurtured the land. Truly God’s work, check them out.
