Refund and Returns Policy
Commonsensedoctor.org is a cottage business…meaning floral waters out of my home.
If you had a problem with a product, It was my fault, and I’d like to fix it.
Don’t bother to send it back, just send us an email and we can figure out how to fix the problem, hopefully a replacement, maybe a refund, but not a return, that’s just bad for the environment.
I’d like to send you a replacement product, or a different product if you didn’t like the fragrance.
If there was in issue with spoilage…the floral water going bad…PLEASE let me know. We strive to maintain hygienic and safe standards and really want to make sure that does not happen again and will immediately work through the manufacturing process to find and fix the cause. The floral waters are made to last more than a year without spoilage, so keep that in mind.
If a refund is needed, we’ll work it out, but really this is a tiny business and it’ll just be a refund of the product price.
