Description

Hyacinth flowers are a brief and beautiful scent in the early spring.  The floral water is a rare treat, since most of us only grow a few flowers, and once picked, they need to be quickly steam distilled to capture the lovely aroma.  Only a few bottles each spring, unless I can find a few more home gardeners to trade flowers.  I planted a few more bulbs this past spring, so hope for a few more bottles of hyacinth water springs eternal.  The scent is almost intoxicating, so just a little spray as an old fashioned perfume is good enough.
