Description

Lavender water is one of the beloved scents of the summer.  The scent of real lavender evokes relaxation and peace.  Almost anyone uses a spritz as a mood setting aromatherapy, or add the peaceful scent in the home.  I collect the wonderful lavender florets from my own gardens and trade my garden produce to friends who have a prized lavender bush. If I need more lavender, I’m lucky to be a Pennsylvania resident, where lavender farms in the Lehigh Valley grow lavender that any French or Dutch farm can admire.  The scent is heady and heavy, so a little spray goes a long way.
