Description
Rose water is an ancient and beloved perfume, and the recipe remains unchanged over the generations…Collect fragrant rose petals…capture the scent in steam…condense the steam into an intoxicating scent.ย I have a lot of beautiful roses, but only a couple of the bushes makeย roses with the lovely scent worth collecting.ย I add a few drops of essential Maroc rose oil from a a purvayor in the UK.ย That’s it, no pesticides, because it’s from my rose bushes, so it’s limited to spring and fall.ย Steam Distillation of Rose Petals with Pure Rose Essential Oils (Rose Maroc).ย The scent is pretty strong and fragrant, so can use as a perfume, linen spray, or even to scent your dull floral bouquets with some real rose scent.ย Only a couple dozen bottles, so just enjoy one or two.

I love the smell of this Rose Water. It has become part of my daily ritual as I use it to moisturize and hydrate my hair and face.

Glad that you liked it. Keep an eye out this spring for a batch of gardenia water. I just got 3 bushes, when they bloom, it should be delightful, like jasmine. I’m making my last batches of rose water from petals frozen in the fall, looking forward to making fresh batches from the roses in May. Spring is right around the corner!
